Scheduling Notice: Prices include everything—no tipping and no sales tax—so the listed amount is what you’ll pay unless additional services or retail purchases are added.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% to 100% of the service cost. Exceptions are made for inclement weather and illness.

If you or someone you’ve been in close contact with has any symptoms of illness, please postpone booking or cancel as soon as possible until you’re symptom-free.

All massage and bodywork services, spa body treatments, and multiple-therapist packages require non-refundable prepayment. All other services require a card-on-file.
